We strive to turn around estimates as fast as possible. The time required to produce an estimate is usually within 24 hours, but more complex construction projects could take longer.

Design-build (D-B or D/B) is a construction project deliver system that reduces risk and costs by overlapping the design and construction phase of the project.  

The certificate of occupancy is a document issued by a city or local government stating how you can legally use a property.  

Project close-out finalizes all the construction project activities. The project close-out phase is the time to ensure completion, assess the entire project, and discover best practices used that could be applied to future projects. 

Pre-construction helps streamline construction tasks, identify potential risks or threats, and gives a more realistic budget.  

You should expect the pre-construction process to take anywhere from 1 to 12 weeks to complete, based on the scope of the construction project.
